In recent years, as the number of international visitors to Japan has increased, travel styles and purchasing behaviors have become significantly more diverse. As a result, it has become essential for promotional campaigns to be designed not only to reach a large audience, but also to reach the right people at the right time and under the right conditions, based on target demographics and usage scenarios. Promo Cloud is a cloud service developed to meet these needs, designed to support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns.
Promo Cloud

“Promo Cloud”: A cloud service for strategically designing and managing promotional activities targeting inbound customers
Promo Cloud is a promotional management cloud service that allows you to freely design “when,” “to whom,” and “under what conditions” to deliver promotions. It supports the implementation of flexible and practical promotional strategies across a wide range of industries and business types, including retail, commercial facilities, and local governments.
Feature Overview
Promo Cloud allows you to flexibly design and manage sales promotion strategies tailored to each company by freely combining the following five key features.
- Time Period Management:You can publish promotions only during specified time periods, such as for campaigns or events. For example, you can tailor your operations to specific implementation periods, such as July-only campaigns, event-limited initiatives, and seasonal promotions.
- Time Management:You can specify the time slots during which promotions are published. You can tailor the timing to specific usage scenarios, such as lunch-time-only promotions, promotions limited to 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, or pre-closing flash sales.
- Usage Limit Management:You can manage the number of times a promotion can be used or the quantity available. You can easily design conditional promotions—such as “limited to one per person,” “limited to the first 1,000 customers,” or “limited-quantity campaigns.”
- Authentication Management:By setting up an authentication screen before displaying the promotion screen, you can run promotions targeted at specific audiences. You can control access based on operational conditions, such as “limited to specific stores,” “limited to specific areas,” or “members only.”
- Featured Pages:You can consolidate multiple promotions onto a single page. By listing information on products, stores, regions, and more, you can create promotional pages that are easy for users to understand and simple for administrators to manage.

New Feature: “Featured Pages”
Promo Cloud includes a “Featured Pages” feature that allows you to consolidate multiple promotional campaigns onto a single page. This enables you to list and clearly showcase product-specific campaigns, tenant promotions within a facility, and information on local restaurants, tourist attractions, experiential facilities, and events. In the retail sector, it can be used like a digital flyer; in commercial facilities, it helps encourage foot traffic; and for local governments and communities, it serves as a hub for tourism and sightseeing initiatives.
